Age: 31
Children: 0.
Postop photos are 1.5 months old, with fresh scars.

Patient 2.   Anatomy: tubular, slightly drooping breasts distant from each other and looking outwards, dark skin type (tendency to bad scarring), thin fatty tissue. Moderate asymmetry of the breasts and the chest, broad breastbone.  Patient's wish: breasts bulging hardly on top, full on the inside and outside, without reduction of the size of the areaolas.  Procedure: endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation + mastopexy with periareolar scars correcting the height of the nipples.

Implants: Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, moderate profile, 375 ml.
Pocket: partially submuscular
Cup: preop A, postop C-D
Age: 43
Children: 0.
Postop photos are
3 months old.

Patient 3.   Anatomy: tubular, asymmetric, drooping breasts, pectoral muscles thicker than average, nipples-areaolas looking outwards and tendency to bad scarring.  Patient's wish: straight contour on the top, full-round breast shape on the inside and on the sides, without significant reduction of the size of the areolas.  Procedure: endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation + mastopexy and nipple position correction with periareolar scars, redistribution of the underdeveloped lower part of the glandular tissue.

Implants: Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, moderate profile, 450 ml.
Pocket: subfascial
Cup: preop B, postop D
Age: 32
Child and breast feeding before.
Postop photos are
3 months old, before scar treatment.

Patient 4.   Anatomy: breasts drooping slightly on the left and more on the right, both looking strongly outwards, very distant from each other, broad chest wall.  Patient's wish: breasts bulging a little on top, fuller on the sides and also inside.  Procedure: endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation + mastopexy and areola re-positioning with periareolar scar only on the right side.

Implants: Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, moderate profile, 325 ml.
Pocket: partially submuscular
Cup: preop A, postop C
Age: 26
Child and breast feeding before.
Postop photos are
3 months old.

Patient 5.   Anatomy: symmetric, slightly drooping breasts, with less fullness on the inside, loose connective tissue, pectoral muscles stronger than the average.  Patient's wish: breasts bulging a little on top, fuller and exceeding the contour of the chest wall on the sides, also closer to each other on the inside.  Procedure: endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation + mastopexy and areola re-positioning with periareolar scars.

Implants: Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, moderate profile, 450 ml.
Pocket: subfascial
Cup: preop B, postop C-D
Age: 32
Children and breast feedings before.
Postop photos are 6 months old.

Patient 6.   Anatomy: slightly tubular, asymmetrically drooping breasts, pectoral muscles much thicker than the average, moderate chest asymmetry.  Patient's wish: bulging moderately on the top, full-round breast shape exceeding slightly the contour of the chest wall on the sides and breasts closer to each other, without reduction of the size of the areolas.  Procedure: endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation + mastopexy with periareolar scars.

Implants: Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, moderate profile,
325 ml.
Pocket: subfascial
Cup: preop B,
postop D
Age: 34
Child and breast feeding before.
Postop photos are 2 months old, fresh scars before fading.

Patient 7.   Anatomy, previous history: breast augmentation performed in another plastic surgery several years before, with undersized, saline filled subglandular implants from periareolar incisions. The implants were asymmetrically leaking and the breasts drooping.  Patient's wish: bulging moderately on the top, a full breast shape with breasts closer to each other.  Procedure: from the previous periareolar scars, removing the defective implants, re-augmentation and mastopexy.

Implants: Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, high profile,
325 ml.
Pocket: partially submuscular
Cup: preop B,
postop C
Age: 47
Children: 0
Postop photos are
5 months old.

Patient 8.   Anatomy: pectoral muscles much thicker, stronger than the average, asymmetrical breast position, breasts looking outwards, moderate drooping on the left side.  Patient's wish: bulging moderately on the top, breasts closer to each other, exceeding the contour of the chest wall on the sides, reduction of the assymmetry.  Procedure: endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation + left mastopexy and areola reduction with periareolar scars.

Implants:
Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, moderate plus profile,
400 ml.
Pocket: subglandular
Cup: preop A-B, postop C-D
Age: 27
Children: 0.
Postop photos are
6 months old.

Patient 9.   Anatomy, previous history: in another plastic surgery clinic, for the correction of the drooping breasts, an augmentation was performed with undersized (200 ml), saline filled subglandular implants from submammary incisions. Pectoral muscles are stronger than the average, drooping breasts somewhat distant from each other, areolas looking downwards, palpable capsular contracture.  Patient's wish: breasts bulging moderately on the top, closer to each other, correction of the drooping.  Procedure: from periareolar incisions, removal the saline filled implants and partially also the capsule, re-augmentation with the new implants placed partially under the pectoral muscle, periareolar mastopexy.

Implants: Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, moderate profile, 350 ml.
Pocket: partially submuscular
Cup: preop C, postop D
Age: 29
Children: 0.
Postop photos are
6 months old.

Patient 10.   Anatomy: average thickness of pectoral muscles, moderate chest asymmetry, asymmetrically drooping breasts, the left nipple and areola are 1.5 cm lower.  Patient's wish: breasts bulging a little on top, closer to each other and fuller contour on the inside, exceeding the level of the chest wall significantly on the sides, reduction of the asymmetry.  Procedure: endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation + mastopexy with periareolar scars on both sides, but to different extent.

Implants: Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, high profile, 300 ml.  Pocket: submuscular.  Cup: preop A-B, postop D.  Age: 29.  Children and breasts feeding before.  Postop photos are 8 months old.

Patient 11.   Anatomy: pectoral muscles somewhat thicker than the average, drooping breasts with minimally different volumes, stretched, large areolas.  Patient's wish: breasts bulging a little on top, closer to each other, exceeding the level of the chest wall on the sides, a full breast shape, reduction of the asymmetry and the size of the areolas.  Procedure: breast augmentation + mastopexy in one step with periareolar and vertical scars.

Implants: Mentor, textured, cohesive gel filled, round, moderate profile, 325 ml.  Pocket: partially submuscular.  Cup: preop B-C, postop D.  Age: 36.  Child and breast feeding before.  Postop photos are 4 months old.
